The AFIL series of lubricators is designed to be used with portable pneumatic drilling machines, (i.e., Quackenbush, Rockwell, Keller, and Arrow), and other types of pneumatic portable equipment. The AFIL-2000 lubricator uses a special “air-flow sensing valve” which is attached in line with the air tool. This valve senses the operation of the air motor and begins to lubricate the cutting tool automatically the moment the air tool is operated. This feature helps to guarantee the proper application of lubricant to the cutting tool, a critical factor in eliminating the chance of a poorly machined surface and poor cutting tool life.
