Shipping within US (see below for Hawaii and Alaska)

Standard shipments are either by Federal Express ground or USPS. Orders are typically shipped the next day. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address on file when orders are shipped, and tracking information is available at the end of the day. Shipments take 2 to 4 days depending on your location. Shipping is free for orders over $50.

Terms

Website orders accept credit cards and Paypal payments.  For your security, our system does not save your credit card information. For those who do not purchase via the net, we also offer 30-day net terms. Download and fax the credit application from the bottom left corner of our homepage to 951-677-2678.  Credit applications take 7 days to process.

The use of these products is beyond our control, therefore, our liability is limited to the amount of your purchase.

Returns must be accompanied by an RGA number and requested within 30 days of receipt of order. Depending on the reason for the return, freight back to MPD may be charged.

Backorders

If an item is expected to be on backorder for more than seven days you will be contacted and given the option of substituting a similar item or receiving a credit. Occasionally, we will substitute a similar item. If you are not 110% satisfied with your order contact us for a return and full credit.
