Orders entered by noon PST are shipped the same day. If we do not have the entire order we may partial ship it or we may call and ask if you would like an equivalent item. We ship via USPS, Federal Express or UPS-what ever the most efficient and economical method is. When we ship you will receive a "Shipped" notice with a tracking number that will be active after 5 pm PST. You may also receive a "Paritlally Shipped" message meaning there is a backorder on your shipment. Backorders are typically filled within 5 days. 

Next day shipments via UPS are available until 2 pm PST. Please call 888-906-9370 to expedite orders. An email might get missed and notes on the orders are not seen the same day if it comes in after noon.
